Itinerary
Day 1 5 - Lounge Alongside Lake Malawi:
Enjoy what the lake has to offer including leisurely swims to the island, snorkelling with the thousands of cichlids (over 800 unique to Lake Malawi), kayaking, shopping for curios and African art in the village and the locals LOVE old clothes as an exchange so bear this in mind. There is water-skiing, tubing, wakeboarding, banana rides, fishing and sunset cruises while feeding the fish eagles, and of course a beach bar crawl or two. We are based in a stunning cottage in Cape Maclear with 4 double bedrooms en-suite and all the staff to cook, clean and look after us.

There is a fantastic leisure boat and water sports include waterskiing, fishing, snorkeling, wakeboarding, tubing, banana rides and parasailing if the Lake isnt too high. Additionally diving, kayaking, sailing and bike rides can be organized at an additional cost. Diving in Lake Malawi is good but this is not included in the price - dives can be organised with nearby companies in the Cape Maclear area.

Day 6 - Into the wild at Luangwa Valley:
Very early start as we head back to Luangwa Valley in Zambia with lunch en route. Arrive at the camp and spend time and appreciate our new home in the bush for the next few days. Enjoy dinner at the tented camp restaurant, overlooking the Luangwa River, watching elephants cross at dusk. Relax over a drink before retiring for the evening.

Day 7-8 - Stay in the Luangwa Game Reserve:
Start the day with breakfast at the camp followed by an early morning game drive. Enjoy the sights of the national park before returning to camp for lunch. Take a refreshing swim in the pool before entering the national park to go on a late afternoon/night game drive. This is a unique way to view the nocturnal activity of the park. Dinner will be served at the tented camp restaurant.

Day 9 - Back into Lilongwe Game Reserve:
After breakfast depart for Lilongwe. Arrive back in Lilongwe in the late afternoon, refresh and get ready for the farewell night out in Lilongwe.
Day 10 : Farewell!
